How To Top-Up Your Flex Savings

  1. Step 1: Open Your Flex Savings
    Log in to your Earnipay mobile app.
    Navigate to the ‘Savings’ menu under the quick actions on  your homepage.
    Select your existing ‘Flex Savings’.

  2. Step 2: Select the Top-Up Option
    Once you’re in your Flex Savings account, you will see the ‘Top Up’ option prominently displayed. Tap on this option to begin the process of adding funds.

  3. Step 3: Choose Your Top-Up Source
    You will be given two options for funding your top-up:
    From Your Earnipay Account: If you have a balance in your Earnipay account, you can choose to top up directly from there.
    From a Credit/Debit Card: You can also choose to top up using a credit or debit card.
    If you have previously added a card, it will be available for selection. Otherwise, you can add a new card by following the prompts.

  4. Step 4: Enter the Amount
    Input the amount you wish to add to your Flex Savings. Make sure that the amount is within your available balance if you are topping up from your Earnipay account or within your card limit if using a card.

  5. Step 5: Authorise the Top-Up
    After entering the amount and selecting the top-up source, you will need to authorise the transaction. This is done by entering your unique PIN to confirm and secure the transaction.

  6. Step 6: Completion
    Once your PIN is verified, the amount will automatically be added to your Flex Savings balance. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your top-up was successful.
