How to withdraw from your Flex Savings

Withdrawing funds from your Flex Savings on the Earnipay mobile app is a quick and easy process. This guide will walk you through the steps to transfer money from your Flex Savings into your Earnipay account.

  1. Step 1: Open Your Flex Savings
    Log in to your Earnipay mobile app.
    Navigate to the ‘Savings’ menu under the quick actions on  your homepage.
    Select your existing Flex Savings.

  2. Step 2: Choose the Withdraw Option
    Once you’re in your Flex Savings account, locate and tap on the ‘Withdraw’ option. This will open the withdrawal interface.

  3. Step 3: Enter the Withdrawal Amount
  4. You will be prompted to enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your Flex Savings. Make sure to input the correct amount based on your savings balance.
  5. (Note: All withdrawals from Flex Savings (and Goal Savings) will be credited directly to your Earnipay account.)

  6. Step 4: Authorise the Withdrawal
    To proceed with the withdrawal, you will need to validate the transaction by entering your unique PIN. This step ensures the security of your funds and confirms your intent to withdraw. (Note: You can only withdraw once in 10 hours, from your Flex savings)

  7. Step 5: Completion
    After successfully entering your PIN, the withdrawal amount will be credited to your Earnipay account immediately. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that the withdrawal has been successful.

    Withdrawing from your Flex Savings is designed to be flexible and user-friendly, allowing you to access your funds, urgently. The credited amount will be available in your Earnipay account, from which you can make transfers, payments, or other transactions as needed.
