How to Add Multiple Employees Using Bulk Upload on the Earnipay Business Platform

  1. Step 1: Log In to Your Business Platform
    Start by logging into your Earnipay business account using your credentials.

  2. Step 2: Navigate to the 'People' Menu
    On the sidebar, locate the ‘People’ menu. Click on it to expand the options. You will see two sub-menus: “Employees” and “Groups.”
    Tap on the “Employees” sub-menu to proceed.

  3. Step 3: Access the 'Add Employee' Feature
    On the Employees page, find the “Add Employee” button. This button is easy to locate and is your starting point for adding new employees.
    Click on the “Add Employee” button to view the dropdown options.

  4. Step 4: Select 'Add Bulk Employees'
    From the dropdown options, choose “Add Bulk Employees.” This selection is for adding multiple employees at once through a CSV file.
    You will be prompted to upload a CSV file containing the details of the employees you want to add.

  5. Step 5: Prepare Your CSV File
    Download Sample CSV: To ensure there are no formatting issues, download the CSV file sample provided. This sample will guide you on the required fields and formatting.
    Fill Out Employee Details: Enter the information for each employee in the CSV file, following the sample format. Include details such as name, phone number, email, role, salary, and other relevant information.

  6. Step 6: Upload the CSV File
    Once your CSV file is ready and filled with employee details, upload it by clicking the upload button.
    After uploading, the system will display a screen showing the details from your CSV file for review.

  7. Step 7: Review and Validate Employee Information
    Carefully review the information in the uploaded CSV file. The system will automatically detect any errors in the entries.
    You have the flexibility to correct errors, edit incorrect entries, or remove entries if necessary. Make sure all data is accurate and complete.

  8. Step 8: Complete the Upload
    After reviewing and confirming that all information is correct, click on the “Complete Upload” button.
    The system will process the file, and all the employees listed will be added to your business account.

  10. Once the upload is complete, the newly added employees will automatically reflect in your employee list. You can now manage their details directly from the Earnipay business platform.
